SumanMovies respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we respond expeditiously to notices of alleged copyright infringement.

1. Non-Hosting Declaration

SumanMovies is a client-side interface and portal powered by third-party public API databases (specifically, the TMDB API). We do not host, store, stream, or broadcast any video file, mp4, torrent, or multimedia stream on our servers. All video playback, if present, redirects or frames third-party networks, domains, and video-sharing platforms over which we have no administrative oversight or control.

2. Take-Down Notifications

If you represent a copyright holder and believe that content indexed or framed on SumanMovies infringes upon your rights, we recommend directing your takedown notices to the actual storage provider, file hosting domain, or streaming host directly. Removing search indicators or iframe elements from SumanMovies does not remove the target content from the internet.

3. Submitting a DMCA Notice

If you wish to request the removal of specific search indexes or links pointing to your copyrighted material on this portfolio demonstration, you may submit a formal notification. Your notice must contain:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their authorized agent.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and the direct URLs of the pages containing those links.
  • Your contact details, including email address, mailing address, and telephone number.
  • A statement indicating that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
  • A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe a link was removed in error due to a misidentification or false complaint, you may submit a counter-notification containing your signature, identification of the link removed, contact details, and a statement consenting to local jurisdiction.
